Welcome to Followup Academy! In this course, we’re going to cover all the reporting basics that we highly recommend our champions take advantage of. Leveraging these reports will help you get the most out of our CRM and really help you start to see results. Some of our most successful users attribute much of their company growth to our reporting tools as it’s helped them understand which jobs are worth bidding, which ones aren’t, which salespeople are falling behind, and so much more. Learn how to utilize our reports and test your knowledge by taking our 20-question test at the end to receive your Champion Reporting Basics Certification. You must receive an 80% or higher to earn your certificate. Good luck!
